About the Role

RevSpark Media is a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare, wellness, and medical clinics nationwide.

We help clinics generate new patient opportunities through paid advertising campaigns, and our Appointment Setting team plays a critical role in converting those leads into booked consultations.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You will be speaking with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in services such as men’s health, weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness treatments, and other healthcare services.

You will represent multiple clinics, which keeps the role dynamic while requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond quickly to inbound leads through calls and text messages

* Qualify leads based on clinic-specific criteria

* Schedule consultations and appointments accurately

* Follow up with unresponsive leads using approved scripts and workflows

* Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead tracking

* Communicate clearly with team members through Slack

* Participate in shared coverage and lead monitoring during assigned shifts

Who We’re Looking For

* Fluent in both Spanish and English

* Clear, professional spoken English

* Friendly, confident, and professional communicator

* Strong listener with excellent attention to detail

* Comfortable following structured processes and scripts

* Reliable, organized, and consistent with scheduled hours

* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable discussing healthcare and wellness services professionally and discreetly

Requirements

* English proficiency equivalent to B2 level or higher

* Strong verbal communication skills in English

* Stable internet connection and reliable electricity

* Minimum internet speed of 20mbps download / 10mbps upload

* High-quality headset with clear microphone audio

* Two monitors/screens required

* Quiet, professional work environment

* Ability to consistently work assigned U.S. Pacific Time or Eastern Time shifts

* Comfortable appearing on video for training and team meetings

Scheduling & Availability

* Schedules are based on U.S. business hours

* You must be available for at least one of the required shifts listed in the application

* Once assigned, your schedule remains consistent week to week

* Some shifts require active lead monitoring and uninterrupted availability

Compensation

* Starting pay: $6.25 USD per hour

* Performance-based bonus opportunities

* Additional hours may become available based on performance and coverage needs
